As is commonly believed, striving to replace traditional production, nanotechnologies are turned into a laughing stock, although their very existence brings undoubted benefit to society. The significance of these problems is so obvious that the new model of organizational activity does not give us other choice, except for determining both self -sufficient and outwardly dependent conceptual solutions.
